An absolute necessity for picture frame making this set includes 3 bits that will cut you through every step of the process with ease Choose between the 2 included profiles for your frame design and then use the stepped bit to rabbet the back. The rabbet bit will step-rabbet the back of your picture frame allowing ample space for glass artwork and backing. The router bit cuts a 1/8 thick front rabbet for your glass or mirror and an additional 3/8 back rabbet for the artwork and backing board. Two flute carbide cutters with ball bearing guides. Creating you own picture frames gives you the flexibility to create frames of any size and shape while saving lots of money. Use moulding router bits to cut the front of the picture frame and use rabbet or stepped rabbet router bits to cut the space for the artwork and backing.
